Mr. Mony Pich, a Cambodian, is the

Managing Director of DASH Freight

& Logistics Co., Ltd. He graduated

from the National University of

Management, Cambodia, with a

Bachelor Degree in Business

Administration majoring in Marketing

in 2004.

He started his career as Shipping Staff for export/Receiving Clerk/Production Clerk/Sewing

Coordinator for Suntex Pte Ltd, a garment manufacturing company, for more than 4 years.

With the knowledge of garment manufacturing operations, he then joined BRIARA Trading Company

as Sourcing and Quality Control Executive in December 2004. In May 2005, he moved on to join

Sportex Industry Co., Ltd as Shipping Assistant for export whereby his job involved dealing with

buyer such as Adidas.

In March 2008, he left Sportex Industry Co., Ltd and joined SL Garment Processing (Cambodia) Ltd

as Shipping Assistant Supervisor where his job involved import and export operations of the

company. As a Shipping Assistant Supervisor, his job involved dealing with Levi’s and Gap which

were the main buyers of SL Garment Processing (Cambodia) Ltd. In March 2014, he went on to

become Logistics Manager of Crystal Martin (Cambodia) Ltd where he gained vast experience in

managing logistics operations and saving 2 Million US dollars a year.

With a passion for entrepreneurship that could create positive impact and contribute to uplifting the

well-being of the society, he decided to venture full time into freight and logistics business. In March

2018, he became the Managing Director of DASH Freight & Logistics Co., Ltd and is responsible for

overseeing the business development activities, strategic planning, managing sales, marketing

operations, and networking and maintaining good relations with the clients.
